AeroMexico emotional support animals are allowed for the comfort of travelers.Emotional support animals (ESAs) and service animals are both permitted to fly in the cabin with their owners, according to airline rules. However, a traveller cannot travel with both an ESA and a service animal. As ESAs, only cats and dogs are permitted to fly, and owners must present valid certification from a psychiatrist outlining their need for the animal.
